Structural Characteristics of Condensing Steam Boiler

The series of condensed steam boilers adopt corrugated bladder, which not only strengthens the disturbance of flue gas, but also enlarges the radiation heat transfer area; increases the strength of the bladder, but also effectively reduces the expansion stress of the bladder; enhances the heat transfer effect, and promotes the combustion of fuel in the furnace.

A condenser is added at the tail of the flue of a condensing steam boiler to absorb latent and sensible heat in the flue gas. The inlet water temperature of the boiler is increased, the exhaust gas temperature is lowered, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler is increased to more than 98%. (Note: The water inlet and outlet valves of condensers must be open regularly during the use of boilers)

Rear flueadditional condenser  Additional rear flue condenser using flue gas condenser absorbs latent heat and sensible heat,improving the water temperature of the boiler,reducing the exhaust gas temperature ,the thermal efficiency of the boiler increased to more than 98%.(Note:The process of using the boiler,condenser out of the water valve must be normally open)
