Overview of Electric Heating and Heat Conducting Oil Furnace:

Electrically heated oil furnace is a new, safe, efficient and energy-saving special industrial furnace with low pressure (atmospheric pressure or lower pressure) and high temperature heat energy. It uses heat conducting oil as heat carrier and circulates heat carrier through hot oil pump to transfer heat to heat equipment.

The electric heating and heat conducting oil system is composed of explosion-proof electric heater, organic heat carrier furnace, hot oil pump, expansion tank and so on. Users only need access to power supply, medium inlet and outlet pipelines and some electrical interfaces to use.

Working Principle of Electric Heating Oil Furnace:

For electric heating oil furnace, heat is generated and transmitted by electric heating elements immersed in heat conducting oil. With heat conducting oil as medium, circulation pump is used to force heat conducting oil to circulate in liquid phase. Heat is transferred to one or more heat-using equipment. After unloading with heat equipment, the heat is returned to the heater through circulation pump and then to the heater. Absorbing heat and transferring it to the heating equipment, so that the heat can be transferred continuously, so that the temperature of the heated object can be raised to meet the technological requirements of heating.
