Molten Salt Furnace

The molten salt furnace is a high-temperature industrial heating device that uses a mixture of potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite, and sodium nitrate as the heat transfer medium. It is primarily employed in fields such as chemical engineering and concentrated solar power generation. Through electric heating or fuel combustion, solid molten salt is heated to over 142°C to form a circulating fluid, enabling closed-loop heating. With an operating temperature range of 150-580°C, it supports various fuel sources including coal, oil, and gas. Equipped with a PLC automatic control system, it achieves precise temperature regulation within ±1°C.
